For Commune’s 2nd birthday and Studio Picnic’s 1st birthday we are coming together to bring you an all day party of vinyl, live music, DJs, and food. Featuring friends and some of our favourite people who've played in the space. 

Starting the day playing some of our best vinyl records and if you want to bring your own down to share then get involved. Then we have three of our favourite artists we have had playing over the last couple of years. We have rapper Blu Boy bringing their high energy Hip Hop/RnB, Bad Vibe Band with their Freak Beat sound (not technically played before but previous bands from the wild mind of Buddy Keenan, The Floormen and Mossley Hillbillies, played our first ever night!), and Jezebel who blew us away with their live electronic set at ‘Emotion Wave’ that blends soundscapes, noise, and pop. 

Then for the second half of the night we have our trusty tenants from upstairs, Studio Picnic in control! Residents and guest mixers, Pea, Finch, ELAMENT and Rylo will be spinning a plethora of dub techno, 90’s house and a good glug of party chuggers to celebrate the studios first birthday together < 3

We also have our mates from the road across Guac n Roll slinging unreal vegan food in the courtyard. Expect burritos, tacos, and elotes.
